The room prices include breakfast. The prices for the apartments include accommodation only, no meals = self-catering apartments.

Room prices: per person and per night with breakfast and apartment prices: per night including all taxes, but excluding the local visitor’s tax (3.50 € per person and night from an age of 15 years).

Booking with dinner is only available two times a week in summer! Barbecue and buffet! For a surcharge of € 22.00 per person and day you can book another dinner (one barbecue and one buffet). For a surcharge of € 12.00 per person and day you can book our apartments with breakfast. Children from 4 to 14 years get a 50% discount on breakfast and dinner.

Services included in the price:

Free use of our wonderful sauna including an infrared cabin, the recreation room, the table tennis room with computer darts, the WiFi and the parking spaces etc.

Not included in the prices: visitor’s tax, massages, pets

Check-in: You can check in at 4 p.m. If you intend to arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us via phone.

Check-out: until 10 a.m.

Surcharge for shorter stays: For stays of up to 3 nights you have to pay a surcharge of 10% of the total price.

Deposit: In order to make your reservation binding, we request a deposit of 40% of the final price onto the following account at the Raiffeisen Bank Paznaun, Edith and Alfons Walser, IBAN: AT54 3624 8000 0042 3004, BIC: RZTIAT22248. The reservation is confirmed after we have received the money. The process is completed as soon as you have received the confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation or early departure, we charge a cancellation fee. In any other case we charge according to the General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry.

Child discounts:

In the room of two full-paying adults:

• children up to 3 years – free
• children from 4 to 14 – minus 50%
• children from 15 – 17 – minus 30%

Additional bed for a third person – minus 30%

Corona Information Summer 2022

Cancellation fee if you have to cancel your booked stay.

• Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70 % of the total arrangement price
• In the last week before departure – 90 % of the total price of the arrangement.

In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the booked price.

If arrival is not possible due to a corona disease (positive test result), a short-term cancellation or rebooking before arrival is possible.

Any down payments will be credited to a future holiday. No price binding by rebooking. In order to protect yourself against costs, we recommend to make a cancellation insurance.
Corona insurance cover: A COVID-19 illness is covered by Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium of the European Travel Insurance.
